Maintenance & Cleaning Assistant needed to help manage and maintain residential apartments. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in cleaning and preparing apartments for new tenants or guests. * Collect monthly rent payments and keep track of receipts. * Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, general repairs). Requirements: * Work Visa: Must hold a valid Flexi Work Permit/Flexi Visa. * Age: 22-30 years old. * Skills: Agile, energetic, honest, and with good tenant relations. * Previous experience in general maintenance and cleaning. * Skills: Trustworthy, active, and possesses good communication skills with tenants. * Previous experience in general cleaning and handyman/maintenance work is a plus.
