We are looking for an experienced Prep / Cold Kitchen Chef to join a busy grill restaurant.

The ideal candidate must be confident and experienced in:

• Preparing fresh salads
• Making and assembling sandwiches
• Preparing a variety of sauces and dressings
• General cold kitchen preparation
• Plating and finishing dishes before service
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness, organization and food hygiene
• Working efficiently during busy service

We need someone who is fast, organized, consistent and has good attention to presentation and quality.

Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required.
